We are registered as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) in terms of the Non-Profit Organisation Act, 1997 which govern us as an NPO with the Department of Social Development.
We are also registered as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
This allows us to Issue Section 18A Certificates for all donations received and with our 100 % Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Certificate, allows our donors to receive 100% B-BBEE Socio-Economic Development (SED) recognition.
